Atlanta Women’s Research Institute (AWRI) is a single specialty research organization. The institute is associated with Northside Hospital of Atlanta which is the single busiest obstetrical hospital in the country. The institute consists of 44 Ob/Gyn physicians and 25 midlevel providers. The group shares a single patient data base is linked electronically to all the research centers. The providers of AWRI care for over 100,000 active patients including 6,000 obstetrical deliveries and 400,000 office visits per year. AWRI aims to provide the highest quality patient care, data collection techniques and record keeping and recording possible.
